We’re back to Maranges now, but this time with some Pinot
from the appellation’s best Cru. Fussière is a vast, towering
vineyard that stretches far into the sky. Simon’s parcel sits in
the top third of the vineyard which gives it a lithe, mineral grip
to work alongside the rose and violets of the 45% whole bunch.
A very nice example of this vineyard.
